Scenery blew me away the whole trip. Got home and informed the wife we are now moving to CO.
Yes the scenery is fantastic and so was the weather. We were talking on the ride home that Canada should annex Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Utah and Colorado.

I guess we'd throw in a few $$ to help you guys out with your deficit.

Great photo's!

Cinnamon Pass Pt 1

Finally got more video loaded, YouTube was being fussy. Parts 2 and 3 are uploading now...
For those of you who were not there at the 3:37 mark where they turn around is about 100 yds up Engineers pass. You can choose either but have to turn around to get a run at the first hill on Cinnamon Pass. And let me tell you the camera does not do it justice. That hill is a doozie!

AVGeek - Is that hill climb at 4:00 in part I of Cinnamon Pass the most difficult part? I will be there in a few weeks and will be 2-up on the S10. The wife may have to walk up that section.

Also, what about Engineer Pass and Imogene Pass? How difficult are they?

We arrived home around 2:30 today. We stayed an extra week to ride some more roads. It was great meeting the folks we did. We would have liked to meet everyone but we will have to do that next trip.

A big thanks to Jaxon and Karson for this meet and all the hard work. ::008::
We had a great time and Snake, it was worth 1200 miles to meet you although we live 15 miles from each other. :))

I will post some pics when er get them loaded.

I had to fix the Texas fun rides up with a little from Colorado.

I was aired down to about 27psi front and rear, TCS off and in Touring mode. I was able to ride up in 1st and 2nd gear on all of Cinnamon. The most difficult part of Cinnamon for me was the three really tight switchbacks on the backside (you'll see them in part 3). I didn't do Engineer or Imogene, so I'll let others chime in on those.

Highway 92

Highway 92 from Blue Mesa Reservoir to the Scenic Overlook. I don't recommend going much past the overlook as the highway flattens out into farmland a couple miles further on.

More Pictures.
All these were taken on C.R.18 [Alpine Loop]

I had to kick Michelle off if I wanted an action shot.
