Changed the plugs today. This set have been in for 15061 miles. I reckon another 6-7k miles would have been ok.
Since adding the fender extender, there has been so sign whatsoever of water getting into plug wells 1&2.

Mine looked as good at 12’000mile, put them back in, no intentions to touch them for another 12…..
But my air filter matched yours.

Today I sold my T12.

It has been my trusty companion for the last 7 years.
We have traveled 178.419 kilometers together.
The bike has always performed flawlessly and still ride/feels like new.

It has burned 8.370 liters of fuel, resulting in an average fuel consumption of 21.3 km/l (50.1 US mi/gal)
Besides that the bike has required:

• 8 sets of tires
• 19 oil changes
• 32 spark plugs
• 4 air filters
• 1 set of new front brake discs
• 2 sets of front brake pads - 1 set for the rear

It has been the cheapest bike per kilometer I've ever owned.

I hope the new owner will have as much fun and adventure with the bike as I've had.

Voilà - The IMS extra width and surface is nice, the construction is well done.
BUT
The length is obstructing when you have to put your foot on the ground at complete stops or for dabbing.
IMS added a stopper preventing it to fold completely. Most likely for security to avoid this crocodile jaw to bite you in a fall. Someone reported on another forum that with these pegs he bent his peg mount (welded to the frame) during a casual fall at slow speed. He had to cut the whole thing out off the frame and rebuild / re welded it to the frame. NOT FUN! When the stock pegs are stressed enough, they will snap off instead of damaging the mount/fame.

I did replace the flimsy pegs on my previous bikes (CRF250l, KLR, DRZ400 and Africa Twin) but they were all about the same length as the stocks. After market were just made with better grip and less flex. I think Yamaha did a decent job with the stock pegs on the S10. I should have tried them without the rubber pad before compulsive buying those IMS'.

Many folks are raving about the IMS ADV I... I might be over reacting.

Some folks have used these, made for KLR but supposedly fit the ST quite nicely. I don't know how they compare to your Bigfoot pegs.

My wife and I have ordered one each in Portland Oregon. We keep our fingers crossed that we can pick them up in the spring.

I’ve got a set of those tusk foot rests - very grippy. I took them off as I found I preferred the OEM foot rests. $40 + shipping if anyone wants them.

Whelp....just picked up a 13 with 2700 miles last weekend. Today, oil, filter, coolant change, air cleaner and final drive gear oil swap. And, added a quick jack plug for my battery charger. That is all.
