In the past, they have just attached skis to the crate. If it shows up during the summer, caribou are used for the larger parcels. R

Wow Rem, I just looked where you are at on the member map. You're "out there," literally. The good news is that "Troll" is right down the road, you guys can commiserate. :D

Yes, but he's such a troll. My semi-best riding buddy also has a black Tenere on order, but he isn't on the blog. There are 6 ordered from the Yukon. I already know three of the other five. They are all Black. Heh heh. We'll look like a bunch of giant blackflies going down the road if we ever ride together. The Yamaha dealership mechanic has one on order. He got to go down somewhere a while back and check it out. Came back and he is #1 on the list ... it is a personal order, not the dealership. That's gotta be a good thing. R

Mine are scheduled to arrive this Friday! I ordered the two toned, black with the silver doors. I'll post up pics when I get them.

My trip to the Ozarks (AR) in June, is going to be based on taking my DR 650, not the S10. :( Will have to rethink the gear load! It's all good! ;)

Mine are deep in the bowels (ewwww) of Canada Post. I love these tracking numbers they give you. Mine was last tracked on March 25th. They are probably somewhere in Bora Bora by now. Their tracking consists of them telling you when it's shipped, and then when it arrives. And I'm usually able to figure out the arrival part. I dunno .... life is tough up here. Send money. R

We have FedEx. I also will gladly accept beer and food. Actually, I'm thinking they will show up this week. Probably. Possibly. Maybe.
Well, they could. I guess. At least I have a little while (guffaw) before the bike shows up. R

Oh, for sure, but beer bought by someone else always tastes better.

Hey, my panniers are HERE!!!!! YEAAAAAAA !!! Got 4 parcel notices in my P. O. box today. I'm gonna dump the logs out of the back of my truck and go in and get them in a couple hours. Awesome, Dude ... as the young folks say. Heh heh. I'll let you know later today. I'll wipe the drool off them and take some pics. How does one post pics on this forum? Just cut and paste? More later. Guess I'll have to get the wife something for her birthday this year. Always a down side ....... R

Well, she wasn't overly motivated about that. And in the long run, I'd have to figure a way to get it back. I think a $5 gift certificate to Tim Hortons will do the trick. If I wrap it real nice. 42 years with a cheap sumbich like me, and she doesn't have high expectations. OK, I'm heading in shortly. The postal lady is super nice, and she seems to get as excited about my motorsickel stuff as I do.

Back after a bit. Saw two bikes on the road today. Damn !!!! R

You would think for $5, they would supply a REAL NICE envelope - and save the need for wrapping!!

42 years eh. I've only been married going on 13 years and my wife has figured it out............. ;)

I reckon. I mean, 5 bucks is a lot of money. Most years that's worth almost 3 dollars American.

Well, I picked up my treasures and unpacked them and they are sitting quietly in my motorcycle (equipment) room ... aka my office. They look mighty fine. Handsome devils.

Yessir. Awesome. OK, now I'm bored. Where's my new Yamaha ????? What profit it a man to have abundant farkles without appropriate motorsickel upon which to install????

At least my driveway trail is coming along nicely. I'm about 2/5 of the way to the road. Won't be long. R

I ask myself that almost every day! I even ordered another farkle today - the Yamaha wind deflector kit. My dealer said it may be here by June - which means BEFORE my SuperT gets here............ :(

Yep ... that's a big PSHAW from me. I gotta tell you ..... Oh well, it sure locks the bike in. Can't back out now, even if I had considered it, which I haven't. I'll need a week to get that boy decked out after I get him. Made progress on my driveway trail. Getting there. Fins to the bone. R

Does the Tenere not have a couple of these power sockets, or is this something different/better?? I'm not familiar with them. R
