    No headlights! with fix.

I just did a trip from Chicago to North Carolina and lost both headlights on my first day. My buddy said he saw me with only one headlight working and then none. Luckily it was daytime and I have extra aftermarket lights. First check was if I had power to the bulb connections, no power. Once we...

    Cranks, no start, Code 19?

I know this is an old thread, but I found the fix for my Fault code 19 issue. I cleaned the ignition switch with electrical cleaner and once dry, lubed it with PTFE spray. This has solved the code 19 problem. If it happens again, I'll probably replace the ignition switch, but so far so good. The...

What do you think about CyClop light bar for super tenere?

I used the Skene with my Rigid light bar for a number of years. Skene says it's not compatible, but it finally failed. I loved it when it did work though. Had it set "on" for 20% light output and 100% when you hit the high beams. Once the Skene controller failed, I just set it up to an on/off...

    Cranks, no start, Code 19?

I'll check the starter relay and go from there. It still needs the recall ^ too. Thanks!

    Cranks, no start, Code 19?

Yes, it has a recall for some throttle wire that could make the bike not come back to idle after twisting the throttle. I haven't had the traditional "no start" issue that keeps popping up for many people though. And it throws the code too. I planned on having the recall done when they check...

    Cranks, no start, Code 19?

Looking for some help. Been having an inconsistent problem. I shut the bike off at a gas station, go to start it and it cranks but won't fire. Turn the key off, reset everything and try again, then it throws a code 19 (side stand). Cycle through the on/off routine a couple times and it fires up...

Are there aux lights that can be wired to both high and low beams?

I'm running a 6" Rigid light bar with a Skene controller on my 2013. No issues! When the low beams are on, it's at 20%. High beams on, it's at 100%. Not sure what the compatibility problem is. I've had this set up since I bought the bike in 2013.

Handlebar riser: only good for tall people?

I'm 5'10" and added 1" risers. I like my arms straight out. It's all personal preference. I bought a pair of Tusk riser blocks from Rockymountain for 20 bucks. No issues either.

    Tire time?

I had Continental TKC70's and liked them a lot, but the front tire cupped really bad and I replaced it with a Pirelli scorpion. The scorpion has been just fine paired with the rear TKC 70. I just did some gravel roads and the scorpion did fine, but I've never had knobbies on it so I can't...

    Last minute Words?

I have a 2013 with 12,700 miles, original clutch and cct. No issues yet. Love the bike. I guess just check usual wear items like tires and such. Brakes are cheap and easy to change. You can tell who takes care of their stuff and who doesn't.

    How does your S10 shift?

You said that you "checked" the linkage, but did you lube everything? Mine shifted clunky until I greased the shifter pivot and lubed the linkage. It's a common issue. As far as everything else, modify it so it works for you.
