Sure! I want the WHITE one, but reckon I will probably ride off on the blue and never notice.
Both are GREAT colors, but since my present FJR is the Raven Black, I wanted a different color this time around, so selected the (faster/sexier) Impact Blue!! No regrets!!!yukondood said:During the wait I have questioned the color I ordered. We all know raven is much faster and that is what I ordered. However, I often find myself pondering the thought of the fine looks of the blue, even though it is clearly a slower model.
Anyone else sat on both sides of the fence??

Sorry Yukondood and you other Raven purchasers, those of us on the Blue will be smokin' you....
REMbrandt! Now that is funny!keeponriding said:Thank you, REMbrandt....
+1, I am in the exact same boat. I also have a blue YFZ450, so the BLUE and BLACK XT1200 was a good fit!ColoRider said:Both are GREAT colors, but since my present FJR is the Raven Black, I wanted a different color this time around, so selected the (faster/sexier) Impact Blue!! No regrets!!!
I was thinking along the same lines, especially since there're only 4 parts to paint to change the color of the bike!~TABASCO~ said:Fo Sho..... I'm gunna ride my 'Raven' girl for a year or two,,, treat her dirty... and ride her in the rain... (this is a kids show folks) Then I think im gunna try white...... Then pound that one for awhile... Clean her up, and try something different (color wise that is)
We speak the same language.....keeponriding said:I decided to take subjective feelings of color out preferring to focus entirely on objective mathematical calculations before settling: I started with a relatively simple Bessel-type (KelvinBei(z); In respect to the intellectual demands of my fellows here, I confirmed my findings with a SpheroidalPSPrime (v, u, y, z) differential equation and Wronskian....the conclusion was obvious....as I can tell from most of you already nodding your heads;

Hmmmm, deep red? Bumble Bee Yama-yellow? ...
Damn those rounding errors!!keeponriding said:Oh, Dastard....it is too laugh.
You forgot pi is actually 3.14159265....you were using 3.14159266; Some of my middle-school students make that same mistake. That's the Oscar Meyer conundrum, first documented by Heinz in 1757....commonly known as Heinz 57.
