I think we fell out of the tree's during a storm, landed on our heads, and have been walking around in a daze ever since.Have we really progressed?
I was down in Barber motorsports park looking at his fantastic collection of machines. There standing on a little podium was a Britten! I was so fascinated with the machine after reading about it I completely forgot where I was and any manners I was ever taught. I just had to see how the timing belt was ran. I felt under the cover to feel how it was ran. one of the workers said we usually don't like for people to touch the machines. The feller I was with was laughing his ass off. I apologized and was very sorry. I continued to explain how I had read about that bike and saw it run at Daytona. I had enough information about the man and machine that he understood and we continued the conversation and he gave me a in depth view and explanation of the workings of the machine. It was a very nice experience. He was very nice even though I reached over a notice that said do not touch! Duuuuuu! Thank you to who ever that was at Barber motorsports that day!
