I've not seen that anywhere. What's your source for this info?

I've read it elsewhere - perhaps even the sale brochure?

I think the twin plug thing has been in several reviews as well. I saw it somewhere, and then looked it up, it does have twin plugs per cylinder. I'm glad someone else found it, because I couldn't. Some oddball 10mm size, as well. I really wish they would standardize plugs to the point of tires: Today, if you have a sport or sport touring bike, they have 120/70-17 F and 180/55-17 rear, and that really works for me. Both of my other bikes use CR9EKs, or CR9EIX like I have in them. But it is another trick to allow high compression and better combustion. The bore on this thing exceeds my F150's V8. That much bore needs tricks to allow that high of a compression ratio, and twin plugs are one of those tricks. I'd be interested in knowing if they fire at a staggered rate, or at the same time. That's another trick with large bores: staggered firing of multiple plugs. The end gasses pre-igniting gives you the rattle of detonation. That helps reduce that on large bores.I think you'll find most bores this large, with this high of a compression ratio need premium.

Good enough for me! I didn't recall having seen that anywhere and it's not in the USA site info.
