Holans on the S10
Thanks for the pictures of the Black Holans. I ordered the same set up and UPS indicates mine should be delivered on Thursday. I really like the Black under the rear seat as well. Wish the 2013 white ones would have had black instead of silver.

38 litre Holan Nomada Pro panniers on the S10, with a GIVI Trekker 46 litre top box.

a simple kudos to all previous thread posters, here are mine:

early on I decided the OEM boxes were enough for most everything I wanted to do, which they are,
and I like the clean uncluttered look when the boxes stay home.....

All of the yellow on the boxes is 3M Reflective.

I would like to add some footman loops, when I find them with a reasonable shipping charge,
$6.50 for loops and $30 for ground shipping is just plain wrong.
Maybe I will just ride to Where-Ever and buy them in store.

Looking Good Barking Lizard. ::008::

On the footman loops, check out the local camping or hardware stores. I find them locally at good prices in with the RV supplies at our ACE hardware store. Perhaps Canadian Tire? Or if you have an RV dealer around that sells repair bits and accessories for the RV crowd? Often in Stainless steel and black.

Marine/boating supply places with a good hardware section will have them.
Make sure you get the loops AND RIVETS which are not going to rust. btdt

Does anyone make a full support mounting system for the OEM panniers?
I like the OEM boxes, but would prefer a sturdier mount. It seems all the aftermarket bags use a similar tube mount that supports the base of the pannier with full contact on the inside. OEM has 2 points of contact and nothing in the inside/rear. While this allows them to bend vs break in a fall, I have always wanted a sturdier platform to mount the bags.

No pics yet but can if anyone wants.
Went with Givi Trekker 33 on the sides and a 46 on the top.

Looks nice and balanced, good quality boxes, easy on and off the bike and waterproof :)
I also like the little gizmo of being able to open a small section of the lid for the 'need every stop items' to save opening the whole case.

Option one:
1960's era Shoei Fiberglass painted with Yamaha Paint to match. Oh and converted to LED lights too!

Option two:
Plano Large Pistol Cases.

I have four sizes of Panniers (5 if you count the Givi's on my Ducati) for my bikes and I've built or adapted all of them to fit the racks I've custom built for each bike. So they are all interchangeable! Depends on where I'm going and what I plan to haul as to which ones I mount. These two are the smaller sets! The others are a lot bigger!

I installed Happy Trails racks and Doskocil Camera Cases, made an Aluminum base for the tail case the extension is just one of the side case mounting plates.
But I did think of making a folding platform to make a small folding aluminum table for cooking or whatever that will slip under the top case.
