Just checking in again, old son. Hope you're doing well. Don't get in a hurry ..... you're gonna be a while healing up. It took me three months to get right, and I didn't take near the kickin' that you apparently did. So move along slowly, don't rush it. You're gonna be laid up for a while. Don't get all grumpy like I did. Get some motorcycle magazines and biker books and Tenere Television and rest up. It takes time for us old ...... uh, experienced ... dogs to heal up.

Wishing you all the best ... give us a shout when you feel up to it. ::001:: ::012:: ::020:: ::003:: R

Why is everyone so keen for J to get out of hospital. See now you've paid to have the best care you can possibly get so why not milk it. Pretend you're in dire need of love and attention and really lock onto the sympathy card ..... you can watch all the daytime TV that you want .... we'll send you DVD's of whatever takes your fancy ..... careful now ... nothing dodgy of course. You could hang out for weeks and weeks if you show the right level of initiative. Go on my son ... get some! ::013:: :))

Really though I hope you're feeling better day by day. You'll soon be right and you can continue to mess with bikes.

Hey everyone,, I'm back. Well not quite, but I have stopped seeing double.

First and foremost, I would like to thank everyone for their prayers and well wishes. These have meant the most to me, in what will be a fairly long recovery.
I find it hard to believe I made it through Uncle's around the bend with just one get off, and got creamed on a little Texas gravel road ::)
I'll have to give a little more respect to Texas gravel roads.. :-[

I will not be able to write this epic story in one sitting, so please stand by for further chapters.. ::025::

The lights are starting to fade and the pain meds are taking over. I do have appointments with more doctors and that should be a hoot.
They always ask me what I was doing, and when I tell them, a strange look appears on their face..

Well, that's it for tonight,
Jim

Hey, old son. Glad to hear they turned you loose. Like said before, don't get in a hurry with this. You thumped the snot out of yourself, so take time to heal. Us old dogs aren't built for this. Thanks for taking the time to post. Get some rest. ::012:: R

Welcome back to a place where no one will give you a odd look when they hear what you did.

Feel better, heal thoroughly.
