Same location as these, but I used AdvMonster 44W LEDs, 2 of them, and used AdvM's "Heavy Duty" mounting brackets. I use these on my off-road dirt cycles, too. They can take a real beating, and keep working. Mine have never leaked. Brightness Controller mounted on the handlebar. Honestly, these are really good lights for the money. This stuff is made by a guy that's been making it for years. If you break'em in a getoff, he'll repair them like new, for less than half of new price.
Used a channel of an Eastern Beaver CS3 power distribution for fusing.
Notice the front facia under the "brow" has to be removed for the lights to "fit". I could have used long bolts, and some sort of tubular "washer" to extend them outward / forward so the facia could be remounted behind them. Two ideas kept me from doing that: The extensions would make the mounting flex/ vibrate, and so be weaker. I'd have to go get additional hardware. Naaaah, toss it in the "farkle leftovers" box...
