Hi guys lets update this post.

I am so happy with my bike that I decided to participate in a race in the Spanish Rally TT championship.

There is a trail category and I thought it could be a good excuse to do a hard test to the bike… and to me ::)

Lots of Spanish Dakar top rides use this championship as training for the Dakar so it’s great to see them flying in their bikes. The problem to me was that we all did the same circuit and had the same time to do it but with 100 kgs and 30 years more it was really hard!! :'(

There were 60 riders, most of them in enduro bikes. The track was closest to an enduro than a rally race so most of the trail bikes where out. I crashed but fortunately nothing really serious so I ended in 22th position and win my category (only finish two). ::008::

I know… I’m crazy but it was a great experience… the closest I can do to my dream to race a Dakar.
Here it is the review and pics (sorry it is in Spanish): http://traildreamer.com/un-dia-de-carreras/

Hi guys

Here I am again, very happy: WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS!! : ::012::

Last weekend I won the Rally de Sant Mateu and the Spanish Rally championship (Desafio trail Tripy). This was totally unespected, I was in the first rally just to have a new experience but it was so fun that I couldn't resist to participate in the rest.

The bike worked perfect all the season. Great bike!!

Now I must decide what to do next year.... ::)

Here you have some videos from previous rallys: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLO9KIuHnxsAO_O9n178A-Ql-9GwRWmBfr

Simply amazing.

I love how you are completely unaffected by the general consensus on what bike can do what.
Passion wins every time!

I'm trying to have fun, that's all... live is too short.

Best regards to all

Wow Jaime. Congratulations on the win. I just re-read your entire thread and now I find out you are a champion racer on your 660. Great job!!!

One question: Did you use inner tubes in your tires, or run bib mousses?

Thanks!! It is really fun

Bib mousse. Most of the races are in very hard and stone terrain, very easy to have punctures.
It's a great relief to run as quick as possible without thinking in the punctures ::008::

Man, your eye for design and detail is awesome! I drooled over your 1200..... Still have some of the pics saved on my pc. If I remember correctly, I even used some as wallpaper for a while. Good stuff man.
Also good on ya for using it like it should be! And congrats on all the racing success.
