Changed the oil, and gave her a bath. Although I have questioned the logic of the oil filter location, it sure does make it easy to change it. ::012::

Ordered a Denali distribution box, dash infill panel, volage meter, USB charger, brake pedal expander, tank bag adapter (Bags Connection) and did a lot of research trying to find the back storage box / luggage rack that I'd seen. It was apparently Silverbullets bike that I saw it on, and I found out it was made by Jesse. It's not on the Jesse website and he has just sold out and they are moving, but Britt said he would look around and see if he could find something for me. I kind of like it so I hope so. Photobuckets nonsense hindered the search because of the large number of picture missing from threads. I forgot I need to order one of those female three prong plugs. GTG

Removed clutch lever and lube the shoulder bolt plus the pin that goes to the clutch push rod. Had to use the newly bought Lithium Soap grease :) Found the shoulder bolt to be somewhat corroded on the side that wasn't in working contact with the lever. Sandpaper off the rough portion prior to greasing.

What happened? :'( :'(
Was passing a Ford Excursion on a dirt road in Colorado and he decided to turn left as I was approaching his front bumper.i had honked my horn right before he pulled right and hit his brakes. I thought he was pulling over for me...I was wrong. broken left fibula, tibia, and fractured right scaphoid. "SPOT" dispatched emergency sevice and I laid on the ground for less than an hour. First bones I have ever broken. Quite an experience

Glad you weren't hurt worse. Since you used your Spot, I'm guessing no phone service there. I'm finding those types of devices to be invaluable. Sorry about the bike.

Ouch - Sounds like you'll heal but no fun none the less.

Yeah, but healing at our age is a little slower than it used to be. I am hoping that you "only" suffered broken bones, and not torn ligaments/tendons. My son broke his scaphoid in four places. THAT was a piece of cake to fix/heal compared to his ACL/PCL/MCL tears. Get to feeling better, and hope the healing process goes by quickly.

Ouch, that sucks! Glad you're still here to tell the tale...

After tolerating poor low speed running for far too long, I finally invested in a pair of balance gauges.
I followed the instructions in the knowledge base section.
Painted air screw out 3/4 from fully in and the set the right hand cylinder to match.
As I had the tank up I also to the opportunity to rotate the throttle bodies through their full range, a tip I picked up on this forum only yesterday.
A quick test ride and to say I'm a happy bunny would be a massive understatement.
I can't remember the last time it ran so well.

Hi Dave
Can you describe the rotation of the bodies or show me a link to the thread or post
Many thanks
Rob

Did you put it in the stock location? That one doesn't need a relay does it? The horn that's on this thing has to go!

I installed a mount ring for my bags connection tank bag. I've recieved a couple of other items, but it may be a few days till they get installed.
