I have a friend who has a body shop. That would be AUTO body as opposed to ... you know. Anyway, I'm gonna get a quote from him and hopefully do it properly. Crash bars and skid plate only. I don't care about the pannier racks. They wont' show anyway. I'll talk to him tomorrow and see if he can come up with a ballpark quote. R

I have the SW Motech bars, luggage racks and skid plate. I had the skidplate powder coated black to match the racks and bars. I think the blue bike with black panels and black bars, skid plate, rack, and bags will look vewy vewy cool!

It still wont be as fast as the Raven but your getting there.. How are the SW Motech bars and skid plate fedz43 thinking of cancelling my ALT rider and going with them save about $250 if I do .

REM..... seriously !!! You MUST know by now that it is truly 3.250...... How many times do you need to watch there videos and have them tell you that over, & over & Over..................... C' mon now, dude................. :D

I bought the ALTrider bars and bash plate. The bars are really high quality as well as the plate. I think for the extra money they are really worth it. YMMV

If, that is still a very large IF, I go with crash bars and/or skid plate, it will likely be the SW-Motechs. Quality stuff at a decent price, IMHO.
