Hey Greg,

As I mentioned, I just spent $60 on a set of the "shitty Unifilters" from Midland Yamaha... but just to make sure I have all the bases covered, I bought a K&N - for $35 inc shipping, from Amazon. So now I'll have the same filter options as you, for the same amount of money as you spent on the K&N

Also I ordered the motorrad pipe from Michael a few days ago. Took me a few tries to remember the protocol for international phonecalls

New Heidi's for the WASPmobile.

FINALLY the Heidenau K60 tyres (albiet the new Scout version) is available of the shelves around the world, or more importantly, in Orstaylya...

I have had a Heidenau rear 140 fitted to the WASPmobile for the last 7 months and 7000kms which with my riding style is a very good rate of wear. I have found it to be IMHO the very best dual sport/long distance tyre on the market today.

Hopefully I will not be disappointed with this new version, but I will report as the kilometers rack up.

FYI - For the guys in Aus, I picked these up from Steve at AdventureMoto.com.au
Steve is a great fella to deal with and, although more expensive than they used to be, Steve seems to be selling these at a lot cheaper rate than can be got elsewhere around the traps, even including shipping them all the way across the paddock.
