Seems like locations closest to the Port of Entry get their bikes out on the road fastest. As I recall, California has a whole separate vin# series. Somebody in '11 posted the same number as mine, but thousands of miles away. #144, LOL, there are at least that many out there somewhere.

Ordered my ES several months ago. Salesman called last week and said bike was off boat in CA. Shipping to Chicago warehouse then to my dealer in St. Louis. The waiting is killing me. Hopefully less than two weeks away. Delivery day I'm playing hooky from work.

She sure is beautiful. They said multiple people came in yesterday and wanted to buy it....Sorry....it was sold to me a month before it ever came in the shop. Can't wait to get outta here and ride her!

just got a call, shipping delayed , bike(s) are suppose to be in chicago whs on june 27th , then ship out after that, the yahama lady still says i'm suppose to be the first one shipped, but i bet bullittman gets his first since he's 3hours north of me.
