I need to get my set on. Funny with no instructions, I was wondering how they were oriented on the tank. Looks like the perfect fit.

Yea, it required me to get my wife out to help with positioning, etc. Used a marker to mark positioning on tank once we had it where we liked it.

Probably the most important thing with this product on the compound curves of the tank is to make sure the product is warm. Instructions call for over 80 degrees. Makes it so much easier to apply.

Got mine today. ::012:: 80 degrees is not going to be a problem.... ::025:: Am then going to add Speedstars fork protectors. Will it never end?

Yeah there webpage did not make sense to me so I called them and rec'd great customer service.

I just got a call from these guys and they now have the 3 piece set ready for the ST. I forget the exact price but it was very reasonable. I told him I will be buying a set next month. Right now little too much on my card from all the other farkles I got this month.

As much as those guys are nice to deal with, their page really sucks. I have been there 3-4 times (with difficulty) and now I can't find the Super Tenere information. As of last week I do have the side tank guards somewhere in the mail. Would be nice to see the center tank guard.

WITH PICTURES ) We have finally updated our Site for the Super Tenere to be seen and ordered, with the Center Tank Protector. I rec'd the Tech Spec Center and Side Tank Protectors and they are very very nice. Thanks for the products.

BTW, yesterday I saw a set of the General Protectors installed on a Black Super Tenere and they looked surprising nice. The rider said he had bought them for a previous motorcycle and had never installed them so he popped them on and all is well. Hopefully he will take photos and post them.

I have my side and center protectors on and they are fantastic.

Tech Spec were top notch to deal with! Yes, at the time, they did not have the product on the website but a simple phone call netted all the best possible customer service one could hope for. Ah, the phone. What a novel tool in today's world of no interaction.

TechSpec went out of their way, IMO, to make sure I was taken care of and happy.

I have been in talks with Tech Spec over them providing a product for our Tenere.

Dean Davis over there has just completed creating the template for this product and has told me that it will be available through their production process within one month, if not sooner.

I think a bit more coverage couldn't hurt, shouldn't cost much more, and looks better (to me anyway). I want something more like this;

I like that better as well. I noticed the lower part of the tank is where my pants seem to rub on the tank.

I'll order that if they make this available, but I like the 'High Fusion' material.
