Welcome! From Colorado.
Speaking of TABASCO, I'm a little confused here, because TABASCO replied an hour and a half after the original post that he'd take it and 24 hours later someone else has bought it?Welcome, from Texas. There's a guy on here that knows every inch of these bikes. Inside and out. His stage name is TABASCO if you need to send him a message for something.

I expect Trent contacted the seller by P/M and committed to buying it before anyone else did. You gotta be quick on the draw to grab deals like this!Speaking of TABASCO, I'm a little confused here, because TABASCO replied an hour and a half after the original post that he'd take it and 24 hours later someone else has bought it?
Yeahhhhh . . . . there's a long story behind this one. Kinda confusing, definitely suspect. Hopefully all ends well for everybody.Speaking of TABASCO, I'm a little confused here, because TABASCO replied an hour and a half after the original post that he'd take it and 24 hours later someone else has bought it?
This seller was sketchy as hell, probably all a scam. The original guy would not talk to me over the phone. I told him I would take it, and head his way, the story would change and he would never commit or act normal in selling the bike. It was totally strange. Nothing ‘normal’ about any of it.Just curious what happened to this bike, any updates?
Well the guy said that he bought it, I saw it posted on Facebook a day or so before it was posted on here. The seller has been a member and posted on here for at least two years. I don't think it was a scam, I think it's likely that he had a lot of interest and was trying to juggle them all, hoping someone would just show up with money to get the bike. This seller was sketchy as hell, probably all a scam. I’ve bought and sold many things. This was one million red flags from the word “for sale”. LOL
If anyone actually got this bike and didn’t get scammed, good on them. Glad I was not involved.
Yes, and the seller was on the forum for a while. I wanted to see if a valve adjustment got this bike going!Per the post #28, Brent74 purchased the bike then joined the forum
Brent, seems like everyone walked away happy. . My definition of a “Good Deal”The buyer was a good guy, I think he just got a lot of interest and some people told him they were on the way to get it then he found out they weren't. I live 1-1/2 hours away and met him at his bank.
