I've just ordered one for delivery to the UK. Delivery is 29.04 Euros (about £25) They say that in order to despatch it they need my tax code or my national insurance number. Any ideas what they need that for?

Ouch is right. Do they ship with a method we recognize, like Fed Ex or something? LOL, I have family that visits Italy every couple years...

They assume that you are a company. Send her a reply that you are not a company but a private person. Then all is OK. ::008::

Just got the e-mail, made a Paypal payment of 201.41€ $274.25 CAN and replied the e-mail with the copy of payment and my phone number in case it's necessary.
