Hiya Ken,

So you've moved over to the S10 world like myself, how are you liking the bike :question:

Good to see ya on here and the offer of a (mis) guided tour around our neck of the woods still stands, 100MA and myself are still riding the roads around the Lakes and basically anywhere North of Skipton, so the offer of a (mis) guided tour still stands mate

I'm in for the U.K meet just as long as I can fit it in, and next year now looks more likely ::008::

Best wishes ~~~ Rog
Hi Rog, et al

Loving the S10 - front end feels so planted. Mine is just coming up 1000 miles, so it's any excuse for a ride out.

I may just take you up on the misguided tour next season. SWMBO lived in Carlisle for a time, years back, so we quite fancy a chug around the place. Not really been back since our days of following Group B Car Rallies in the '80s - all a bit sanitised these days.

Beginning to sound like a UK S10 meet is a goer.

Regards.................. KEN ::26::

.......................... also a fair number of S10 owners on the UK GS forum as well, I will not comment on why they swapped their Ultimate machine for an S10 ;)
Simply because BMW stopped making them and replaced them with the "Bogger", a great concept ruined by sourcing parts too cheaply from China and a few design hiccups. Little unimportant things like garbage transmission, cam chains in the gearbox blah blah. ;D

[size=12pt]Eyup,

Rotherham, South Yorkshire.

A UK meet sounds like a great idea along with organised ride outs! So long as work doesn't get in the way. Peak district and North Yorks are personal favourites, in fact anywhere where there are hills and twisties!
