Re: Michelin Anakee 3 Wild

Yeah, the rear A3 is ok, but the front sucks moist ass. Michelin has a hard time producing a front tire that's decent, or so it seems. Me880, PR, etc. all tend to wear in that funky tri-band way that gives you crap turn in and heavy steering once it's got 5k or so on it.

Looking at the Anakee wild, it's hard to believe it will wear like a K60 or Mitas E07. Probably do better than 2k, but who knows until someone tries it?

I've wanted to put a 160 on the Super T from day one.

Left side has plenty of room.
Right side has an issue with the bracket leading to the brake.

Anybody building a new piece?
Why not 120/70 19 and 170/60 17 as the liquid cold GS ? In front it is enoff freespace ?? In the rear, why not just put it on the outside and A spacer in the place " that get emty" ... And longer bolt off course

Michelin Anakee wild

Hello

Anyone got a chance to test the Michelin Anakee Wild for a few thousand miles yet? Looking at the Mitas E-07 Dakar but was curious to know more about the Wild.

Save yourself the wasted time. The Mitas E-07 is a fantastic tire. Good grip everywhere, long lasting.

Has a member mounted and use the Michelin Annakee Wild tires? What is your opinion. How do they compare to the Hiedneau K60's?
