Yea, those where a few of my issues dealing with the 'baja' box along with my 'noise' coming from the HID's... not a good combo.. I know just what I would like to build to have the ultimate control over the LED's but I need an engineer to bounce ideas and designs around with..

RF noise from HID's is a concern, especially the aftermarket HID's.

On my Tiger (running HID's from DDM - really nice units btw) I ended up having to fully encase the stock wiring in aluminum tape where it ran next to the HID modules otherwise the CAN Bus (that only goes from the ECU to the instrument cluster on this bike, thankfully) data would get corrupted and all sorts of weirdness would happen to the cluster.

It has been fine for 2 years now.
