Tim, there are no installation instructions. This is for another bike, I just adapted it to the Tenere.tomatocity said:OEM Side Cases
Can't find the installation instruction... will the side case bracket interfere with the installation of the helmet lock on the left passenger footpeg bracket?
Look at this pic. It may help you in the placement. If you mounted the lock on the foot peg bracket near the bottom, the helmet would hit the ground when on the side stand.tomatocity said:OEM Side Cases

You are correct.Salty said:Hi tomatocity not sure what you are asking. The information I have seen on the web is that the Peg Packer replaces the passenger pegs. Some where I read that the Pelican 40 L panniers when mounted to an S10 allow space for a mans sixe 10 boot in the pillion position. The attached pictures are of a BMW 650/800 GS and places the jugs ahead of the panniers behind the drivers position where you would find the passengers boot. Therefore I deduce there would be ample room for this system as long as the jug and peg packer configeration is more square than retangle. The problem for Richlandrick is haveing an S10 or very carefull measurements (blueprint) for R&D. Anyone up to the task?

Not the passenger peg mounts though. I could happily lose the pegs in exchange for a fuel/something else carrier using those sturdy mounts. I really like the idea of keeping cargo weight low and toward the center of the bike. I don't even think it would need to be fuel can specific, just enough of a platform and lip on bottom so that a retaining strap could hold a 1 gallon aux fuel can or some other stuff.tomatocity said:For those of us that have the OEM side cases and Jesse's (I think), we need the rear foot peg brackets to mount the side case brackets.
