DISCLAIMER........ I have to say that because we all get crazy with any kind of information and I don't want anybody to come looking for me if the following turns out to not be 100% accurate

The contacts says "The dealers may hear delivery information this week"

That may have already happened. Check this out.... some guy on advrider just said that his dealer just called and told him that the bike would be there in 7-10 days. His location appears to be Salt Lake City! http://advrider.com/forums/showpost.php?p=16482495&postcount=8791

I just saw that, and am trying to find the number for my dealer now.

I'm guessing there might be a wait on getting through to him if too many other folks saw the post on advrider. ;D

it's also possible that not all dealers have a scheduled delivery yet. probably takes time to sort the bikes, but combining this with the previous info, they probably will all hear by the end of the week

This is really great news, but I thought we were to get a letter with the vin before we got the bike. Just saying..

The timing on all of this is going to kill me. I will be traveling to Longview,TX to pick the bike up and I will be in North Carolina on the weekend of the 12th of August. IF they start showing up in a week to 10 days my bike will most likely have to sit there ready to go for an extra week waiting on me. That is going to make my Carolina vacation excruciating.

Just finished talking with my dealer - he did get a load of accessories in today but no other info. He did note that we are getting close now - why don't you check back with me by the end of the week. Seems like he knew more than he let on but who knows - probably just me getting to excited

My dealer just sent me this screenshot of his YDS computer PDP page:

And here's exactly what my dealer had to say in the e-mail to me:

"I have attached a screen shot, so honestly your guess is as good as mine. I have spoke to my rep and he is vague as to when I should see it here. The second I find out more, I'll let you know."

Not sure what it means, but it's sure interesting! ;D

Just got a call from my dealer... The bike is in the warehouse and will be delivered end of week or next week.
Truck load of parts are also in..
I am so stoked!!!! It is really gonna happen.. :exclaim: :exclaim: :exclaim: :exclaim:

So Dallara, looks to me that your bike is sitting in the warehouse right now - it that the way you interpret? So any day now it should change to "shipped". Woo hoo!

Just talked with my dealer mine is showing the same thing as Dallara's in the warehouse and scheduled for delivery 7-10 days. No shipper info shown yet but he said that could pop up as soon as today or in the morning.

I'm so excited!! can't even focus on work right now my mind is racing. I am going ahead and ordering my OEM stuff today since I've read where that stuff is poping up as well.

It's almost time to write that check!!!

Ok I just got my kits in for my st. Checked the yamaha dealer sight and it says the bike is in the the US just waiting to ship

I just checked YDS and it shows all 5 of our dealer orders are in the Chicago warehouse and scheduled to ship tomorrow. My dealer is trying to contact the warehouse for more shipping info.

Wow Fred this is huge they have made it mid way a cross the country. I wonder if any have made it all the way East?

I just got a little info from a reputable source.... The bikes are sitting in the warehouse ..................... They said "any day now"


Edit: I posted with out reading the last 2-3 post... looks like Fred got about the same info.... well I guess its better to hear it from several different sources...
