Worst case scenario is a rotation of some kind.

No reason to feel like you will never return to Ouray.
No reason to feel you will never ride Arkansas\TAT.

I work in the general aviation business. This industry rotates its annual convention. (HUGE)
Orlando-Vegas.

Both great for different reasons.

I like Arkansas. It will provide me with some good habitat to search for Sasquatch. There is some great sightings out there. Count me in

You should start a WTF - "What the fouke" thread.

I haven't seen Sasquatch but I do live in an area that has had many sightings and personally know someone who claims to have seen one. I have an open mind about it.

I'm in for Arkansas. Late Spring/Early summer or late September works for me.

I can very likely make this if its in the fall - that's MY vacation - the wife has the reigns on the spring vacation which means a cruise to some Caribbean islands that look like every other Caribbean island that we visit each year in the spring. I enjoy it, but the fall vaca is always centered around the bike, and that's mo-better...

I'm in for Arkie in September. I have a serious off road friend that just came back from the Ozarks and the trails looked sick. He did a bazillion stream crossings 2 up on his orange thingie. I will get in contact with him and find out the exact dates he was there, weather and trails he recommends.

I'll throw this out there.... my brother owns Arrowhead Cabin and Canoe Rentals which is in a prime location in the Ouachitas. Tons of
Fantastic riding and only 50 miles from Hot Springs for those that might want to do the touristy stuff. He has camping, both primitive and hook ups and has several cabins including a bunk house that sleeps 60. Plenty of room to accomadate everyone at one spot. Nice waterhole/river to cool off in after a long ride. Even if we dont rally there... yall can put it on your list as a motorcycle friendly place to stay and explore the Ouachita mountains area of Arkansas.

I'm very interested to attend this in AR, was thru there several yrs ago along Rt 412-62 in the North while heading to AZ and that was spectacular. Unfortunately pre-occupied for the last several rallies, I would do CO if set again, and any others that will fit my sched. Right now AR in May-June or Sept-Oct 2014 would work for me.

MANY thnx for all the planning & recon work y'all are doing to try and put this together!! ::003::

As Wanderer mentioned mid-week would hep those traveling from distances like MA. ;)

Maintain course and speed. ::008:: ::012::

Cheers, dean ::001::

We were planning a fall foliage ride the first weeks of October in the Deals Gap area. A rally of Big T's just before would be like icing on the cake. What-ever you planning dudes decide, I' m sure it will be great.
