Anybody know how much difference there is between the Canadian spec bike and the US spec?

There you guy Rod that’s' the ticket blue is coming first. We all know the black bikes are Big Blues little brother wishing they were that majestic color blue but realizing they would have to settle for 2nd spot under their big brothers wing. ;D

The Canadian bikes run cooler, are adapted to use marine mammal oil for lubrication, have no UV protection as they will not be subjected to sunlight, and say "eh" when you first start them. They are also all black. Otherwise, I believe they are the same. R

I am pretty sure the Canadian bikes have an "Eh?" in the VIN.

Just got this reply from my local rep in Newfoundland:

"XTZ12BL is not in Canada yet your looking at about 3-4 weeks to Van. and then another 3 weeks to N.L. They are on the water

Thanks

Angie D"

Conflicting reports. Will have to wait and see.

NFTEN I called Ruth Stevens on Wednesday she told me the bikes will be in Vancouver early next week, a few days in customs then they will start shipping. She is saying the Ontario orders will be about 2 weeks later. She will e-maill every one on her list when she finds out more next week...Paul

Welcome to the Forum Leftlane!!! What color do you have on order?

August 15th seems like a long time on the water. ?????

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. That date must include projected transit time from port via truck or train?

That may be correct due to the stop in Long Beach to unload the USA Teneres first. :))

I was told today that my bike should reach Toronto in 3 weeks...... I guess that means I should have my bike right after the long weekend in August (Civic Day).
