I agree totally! The Good Lord Loves Snert.Did anyone get a picture of the two “good Samaritans” that came along? I think it was a miracle. Say what you want, but someone was watching out for you Snert. A truck that came along a trail that didn’t look like anyone had driven on it in a years time. 15 minutes after an accident with someone who had an obvious broken leg. In the middle of nowhere, on an obscure trail. Miraculous.

DM has found her new bride of death that is a whole lot closer than Teslin Lake in the Yukon. The mile or so of metal grate had her briefly less than pleased. She did fine...just uncomfortable.
One of the draw bridges crossing from NH (Portsmouth) into ME (Kittery) is a metal grate surface. Yeah, they can get wiggly. Seems worse in real cold temps.Still working our way home from the event. Today we crossed the big bridge in Michigan.

Only for about a mile due to construction. May have been less. Whatever it was, I'm pretty sure she thinks it was too long.Was the paved lane closed?
