So fast forward a few months, I ran the old KDX for a few months, but it turns out it was capable of way higher speeds through the trails than I was ready to crash at, and thus I was stuck with something that was, it turns out, way too high strung for my needs. I also realized that street legality was more important than I thought. I moved the KDX along, netting $50 on the deal. Not bad.
Fast forward to later in the fall where we started doing leisurely rides in tight-ish trails with our friends and theor children, where they were all on ATV's (the lovely Mrs. RogerRZ included), at mind blowing speeds of up to 25-30mph. I was able to follow with the S10, but it's a bit of a handful, as you all know. Luckily, there were lots of hands to help when it decided to take a nap. ;-)
I did a bunch of looking/analyzing/shopping, and I found this little unit, that followed me home yesterday. I think it will fill the slow speed, smell the roses, easy to live with void. A 2018 with a tick less than 3000 miles. Bone stock, save for the olive green paint job. Should Do the job...
