Thanks for the replies. I'll try the black.

I'm looking for more life and better engagement than the stock setup.

The bike has been over the Alpine Loop twice and Lockhart basin once, CDR, COBDR, UTBDR, all fully loaded.

At 15k the clutches are done, starting to slip and generate a lot of heat in any type of tough terrain.

I think the stock clutch is good but when fanned a lot under heavy load I think it slips a little too much before it grabs.

You sound like a prime candidate for higher clamp force. I've seen the list, long ago, isn't all black the lighter rate set... lighter than stock? I'll have to see about finding those numbers again, they're here somewhere, LOL, prolly way back in this thread even.

In regards to the comment a couple of pages back by Kenbike about a application for a Rekluse setup,
Out of curiosity I sent Rekluse a email 2 days ago asking about such a thing for our S10's. It wasn't long before I received a reply from a Rep stating that they currently have a S10 in their shop for R&D, so check back in 3-6 months. Dammit, here goes the savings account again!
::)
