    Yoshimuru Exhaust-SOLD!!

Yoshimura Exhaust off of my '13 Super Tenere. Exhaust, mounting bracket and carbon fiber end cap. System gives a nice "bark" without being too loud and seems to add a little extra zip to the bike as well. System was on bike for less than 1500 miles (before I sold my bike). System is in VERY...

Lots of Super T goodies for sale-ALL SOLD!

Well, after 3 1/2 years on my '13 Super T I finally got in a situation where I had to change. A hip replacement last July has left me with a leg somewhat weaker than before and I just could not get comfortable on the Super T. Bike hadn't been ridden since May. This really bothered me...

Looking into lowering my Super T

Guys, I need to pick your brains. I'm 5'11", with a 30 inch inseam. I've had my S 10 for 3 1/2 years and have it set up exactly as I want it. LOTS of farkles and a great ride. Problem is I'm 66 years old and just had a total hip replacement. I could always touch the balls of my feet...

    MG Stornello-WOW

Just saw one of the Guzzy V7 Stornello's. What a drop dead gorgeous bike!! It's tiny too, reminds me of the old ""street Scramblers" from when I was a kid in the 60's ::). Seriously cool little machine. Should make a great short haul "hopper"! With a set of leather panniers...too...

    2014 ST (1 Mile but not prep'd)

Should be priced DOWN considerably. If so, might be a good dealI. If it has had fluids installed I'd want them ALL changed out (brake, coolant, oil),. If it's never had them installed it basically should be "new" ..Good luck!

New bike .... And I'm having a trouble already ??

+1. A quart freezer bag under the side with the owner's manual AND the insurance /registration card. Don't need that crap often but it's there when you do. Watertight so no issues in the rain. Mine's been there for 3 years +... No need for a high tech solution to a low tech problem ::008::

    $9900 NEW 2013

In June of 2014 I picked up a new '13 with $1k in Yamaha accessories AND an additional year of YES warranty for $10,500.....No much of a decrease for the one in '16. O:-) Must hold value better than I'd thought.... Still, they are a GREAT bike. Love mine (and I love the white color as...

    Now What?

FWIW there's a guy with a '14 with 1600 miles on it in Maine on our "for sale" site (below). Price isn't bad and it Should be close enough to go for. I don't know what hassles/issues involved in bringing her into Canada, but might be worth checking out.....

    What Year Tenere to Buy

Both good machines. Add gas, change the oil and tires as needed and ride. I really enjoy my '13 and if you can get "the deal" on a first gen go for it. With that said, the electronic cruise would be great to have. I've put an Excel on mine and it gives my right paw a rest when I need it...

    Now What?

What he said. I love my '13 (bought new for $10.5K in June 2015 with $1k in Yamaha accessories and an additional year of warranty at no cost), but I'd sure like to have cruise. With that said, I run an Excel throttle lock and it's not bad-not electronic cruise by any means, but not bad...

How to put a value on used farkles when buying/selling a bike

In my experience, if you are trading in a bike the dealer will basically give you the goose egg for accessories. I always strip a big I am trading in, and then sell the goodies for the aforementioned 50-60%--you'll make out much better that way. When buying a "new" (used) ride farkles will add...

    Touring fully loaded?

You'll be fine. The S10 is a super two up touring bike. Load her like a pack mule and go...She'll do fine. I find it more comfortable/fun to ride than my Goldwing.

    Yoshimura RS-4 pipe

My first "real"ride with the Yoshi pipe and it seems to me that the perceived sound level when running down the pike is very similar to stock. I hear more bark when I'm getting on it, but at cruise it's nice and quiet. Riding buddy says it "sounds good". Bike seems a touch peppier and I...

Anyone in T mode and gas mileage?

I sure envy the fellas getting 50+...I've never got close. I am typically high 30's to mid 40's (though in all fairness, I haven't checked it at all in the last 3k miles or so, so maybe I'm doing better now ::). I ride both sport or T, depending on my mood/road. I have found that the new...

    Yoshimura RS-4 pipe

Just put on a new Yoshi pipe today. Nice "bark", not too loud, but lets you know she's running. Nice extra "kick" when you hit 'er as well. So far am very impressed!

    new to me

Congrats on your new ride. I've found my '13 S10 to be "the" most trouble free bike I've ever owned, a bike that requires gas, an occasional oil change, and tires...Other than that just ride it! Never had a bike that required any less work or ongoing maintenance (and I've had a BUNCH of bikes...
