    2013 super10 rear shock removal

Maybe a better way to say this would be to turn the preload knob all the way to the "Hard" position(2012 non-ES). Who will be changing there chain tensioner to the 14' during valve adjustment ?

I asked about this over on the ADV site. Doesn't sound too bad. Take a look at post #24546 and past here: http://www.advrider.com/forums/showthread.php?t=545850&page=1637 avc8130(Tony) has done his and is a good source of info. Pete

How do you get to the CTT( Maybe not a new topic?)

Pics would be great! I'm at a loss on how to figure where no lift on valves would be(unless I had the valve cover off). Is there an advantage to doing it this way(no lift on valves)?? Pete

How do you get to the CTT( Maybe not a new topic?)

I appreciate the reply-THANKS! Guess I'm reading a little too much into the service manual. Did you happen to take any pics when you did yours? I'm still waiting on parts so it will be a bit before I do mine. Sounds like the job is pretty straight forward. Pete

To clear this up, what do you have to remove to get to the CCT? Pete

How do you get to the CTT( Maybe not a new topic?)

From my study of the SM, it's almost to the point of doing a valve check/adjust but it appears you don't have to pull the valve cover off. Pete

I pm'd Brian over on the ADV site and within 5 minutes got a reply. Lots of good reviews and the ADV discount doesn't hurt either. Looks like quality kit-I'm going to give it a try. Pete
