    Ride Reports Go Here

I'm new to the adventure touring, but broke my cherry in Colorado. Up the million dollar highway, Gunnison, Steamboat Springs, Estes Park down through Wolf Creek Pass and Pagosa Springs. 1400 miles in all. Had a bit of dirt fun, but mostly tarmac. S10 ran very well and got smoother as I...

ECU restrictions, Clutch Mod, Flashes, Exhausts and Power Commanders

Thanks for the info. Forgive all the questions as I had a bad V-strom experience which i dumped and got the Tenere. ( i should have started with the Yami and I wouldn't have gone through a year of headaches with that POS.) I have a 2000 mi trip to Estes Park in August which should give me a...

    Scottsdale, AZ and North

Sorry I missed your message by a week. Just got my Ten and live in Peoria. I know all of the rim area you rode and would have loved to go with you. I guess I was spending so much time prepping for Estes park, I missed you. When you come back maybe a day or two on the new Az BDR- looks like a...

Apples to apples.. Why did you choose a Tenere over a GS?

I had a similar experience when reading cycle world review. I had never owned a sport tour type bike and started with reviews by the "pros." I got a Vstrom cuz money and a happy medium. I met a couple of guys who put knobbies on and rode all over Alaska. A year and 9000 miles later, 12 trips...

Just got the s10 and finished the Jesse bags last night awesome bags. Well made and super easy to install. Best of all, was able to pick them up from Al at the store as I'm a mile away. You could swim in these. Well made Al, well made.
