I am going to heat or replace my grips... (in the future adding heated gloves and jacket also), for now, I am looking for the pros and cons of the two grip brands. Hot Grips brand heated grips or Symtec Heat Demon wraps. I like the idea of being able to change out my grips with the wraps...

Has anyone had particularly good luck with any aftermarket grip heaters. Whether they be the full grip or just the bar heater wrap style?
