That looks like a lot of water infiltration, maybe from the top seal? Dirt gets under that seal and then it weeps and takes on water. Seen it on other bikes i got dirrrty.I don't want to wear folks out about maintenance all the time, but I see crazy stuff. LOL. Yesterday I came across a (FB) KTM post about some clutch fluid. I saved the photo because I just recently came across a Tenere that looked almost the same. So just for a color/reference/volume picture, dont forget to take a look at your brake and clutch fluid this winter. Make sure its fresh and filled to the correct level, very important !
Don't forget that clutch / brake fluid is Hydroscopic, it attracts condensation and water. Over time it collects water in, or on the fluid is not good.
(And for folks that don't know, this fluid should be virtually clear)

Did you take one of the large bumpers and replace the flat tank bumber?Followed the instructions from the 37 second YouTube video and did the free flat seat mod. It makes a difference!
