Getting back on topic, we have a Zero dealer at the local air park & I’ve ridden them a few times. Totally aside from the range, they are too small for long distance for sure. Lots of fun on super twisty roads with the instant torque out of each corner and would be a great bike for commuting into a city IF the range works. I would’ve needed a plug at both ends so even that didn’t pan out, plus I could buy and burn through a number of cheap used bikes for the cost.
As for electric cars, I’m on my 2nd and it’s great for a number of reasons, but do still have a big Ford Transit van as a camper and utility vehicle.
