A few weeks ago I installed a lowering link and raised the forks to lower the bike approximately a little less than an inch. Afterwards, I noticed the bike didn't lean as far on the sidestand. However, the other day while examining the sidestand I noticed the foot or pad didn't touch flat on the ground. See pictures below.

In the picture above you'll notice that the contact is mostly in the heal of the stand. Consequently, I decided to get out a grinder and remove some material to change the angle of the foot so the foot would be more parallel with the ground.

I didn't want to remove too much material but definitely believe bike leans a bit more like it did before. Thought I share...
