Went for a ride yesterday, I know, not that impressive, but as some may know I had both hips replaced 11 weeks ago and it was the first ride out.
Awesome... good luck with the rest of your recovery.

Every ride feels like the first ride. I get excited at the thought of being able to get out and ride it. My wife says that I am like a little kid every time I get out on it. Oh well, still love it...

I finally did it! Took me a while, but now the F3 Evo pegz are on the way. Hope they are worth $ cause I could buy a set of E09's for that amount.

Wow, that's impressive after only 11 weeks, I bet it felt great ::008::

I took mine out for it's first run of 2015 and it felt superb, I even managed one smooth gear change, eventually... I knocked up 100 miles and it was just sooo good to be back in the saddle, even if some of the roads in Northumberland resemble a Dakar special stage ! My newly modified seat works very well and I had no comfort issues at all, which is nice. A bit of a close encounter with a Deer had me clenching my buttocks slightly, but the four legged buffoon decided to move rather than just stand in the middle of the road looking at me braking very hard. It's good to be back.

Thanks guys.
2112, look at deer dodging as practice for your Euro tour through Schwarzwald and the Alps..........
Glad you are enjoying the new seat, I'll get a good look when you come over ::008::

The sun was shining, it was 43 degrees, and I felt good. Ok, so only for 30 mins, as I had to be back at home, but it felt great, except pulling on my riding pants, swelling still there, but felt good to sit without pain. Now it's snowing again........... roll on Spring.

Got it out of winter hibernation and took it for a fifty mile spin.

Last week we were below zero and this week we are going to be flirting with 60!

My first farkel woo hoo ! Can i take the plastic end cap off ? Sound depresser ? Thanks
The end cap is carbon fiber. It's tightly fitted over a steel end cap that actually does the work of holding the guts of the muffler in place. I don't think the standard Yosh has a removable insert. I just did 160 miles of throttle wringing yesterday over Carson Pass, the muffler sounds real nice.
