I walked past mine in the heated garage this morning and mumbled something grumpy to myself about the 16 degrees it was outside at 7am. Our riding season may be officially over.

Went and bought an old Aluminum street sign at the salvage yard $1.00 a pound.
Made a rear bed to replace the one that broke two teared with rubber shock grommets between the two pieces, and mounted my XL Doskocil case, the other should arrive this week.
Am planning on building a folding rear table to slip under the rear bag for cooking, the sheet of metal is the other back frame base for the other bag when it comes in.
This fits the happy trails frame if you want a template of this it would help in lining your holes up for whatever bag you want to mount.

Got to put a few miles on it today. Managed to lose the bolt that hold on the throttle side handguard today on the highway. Did manage to grab the weight though before it fell.

Took off the saddle bags and packed them in the original box high on a shelf for winter storage.

I'm late posting...this would be a 'yesterday', but I rode to Clovis, NM, to meet a good friend for lunch. Taqueria Jalisco....delicious stuff. And to make it even better, my buddy showed up on his 2013 Super Ten (black, same as mine). So we got to compare and contrast each other's bikes.

I rode thru 48 degree drizzle and fog for the first 35 miles, then the clouds broke and it was a beautiful, wind-free, sunny, 70 degree ride the remainder of the way. Of course, coming home was the exact opposite and I started out with beautiful weather that slowly deteriorated until the final 30 miles of which was chilly fog.

Went for a ride with Nick from Stoltec. We took a trip to Penske and I got to see a "behind the scenes" of their operation. Some cool stuff going on in that building for AMA racers. No pics, no cameras allowed.

Took her for her 60000km service: engine oil, diff oil, new oil filter, spark plugs, and cleaned air filter and added a vario MRA Screen.

Wired my Rigid light bar into the hign beam switch using a relay, It is now only available when hign beams are on, but can be overridden by the switch that came with the light bar.

My next task will be to order a PC8 and a handlebar switch from Eastern Beaver. Will then wire the PC8 into the existing auxiliary light harness on the S10 and wire the light bar into the PC8 instead of direct to the battery.

At the same time, I will replace the Rigid switch, which I have zip tied to the mirror mount, with the handlebar switch, which looks and operates very much like the high beam switch. That switch will fit very nicely right between the high beam switch and the mirror mount, so the switches will be very intuitive to use.

Are you going to create a thread for this project? I have all the parts except the switches and really need to add the lights or sell them.

I can create a post, either in an existing thread or a new one, with more details about the job.
Is there some particular bit of information that you seek?

Did you just 'u-bolt' the cradle to the handlebar? Or is it a ball mount somehow? I have a Nuvi 300 with a cradle and am trying to figure out where and how to mount her. Want it up on the windscreen, but the Wunderlich Tubinator doesn't have the crossbar that the other screen adjuster has.
