I put on K60's yesterday... and boy, not a bit like the stock rubber (BW's). I really like the way this bike handles, but I already had a "scare" with these doing a two wheeler slide, and the TC light never stops. If I don't have a reason to do the K60's the next time, I might go to a sportier tire just for fun.

Karson, a trick that has helped me get the rear wheel, hub drive, etc back on is to insert the axle temporarily from the wrong side and use it to support the wheel as you slide it into the housing gears. Once it is in mesh, you can slide it out and insert it from the correct side.
Used the same trick myself, and putting the bike into gear also helps as it stops the hub drive splines from spinning when you're trying to refit the wheel ::010::

Hit my 4k mark...
Changed the oil and rear drive fluid...
K&N oil filter...
AMAZING what a funnel with a hose attached can do for the simplicity of a oil change !
Got full dino oil, not the blend :(
Will do the blend again @ 8k.

I just switched from Amsoil full synthetic over to Mobil Delvac. If this solves my oil consumption I may try a blend.

And you don't talk to me, you are about to make me spend money I don't have dammit lol...

Sucks though I am getting furloughed...
Gotta love the government...

10k / annual service at about 13k (oops) but timed for the Colorado trip leaving home in exactly 2 weeks. Oil filter and shaft drive oil in addition to the scheduled stuff so I think I'm good to go. Practice pack this weekend. :)

Did you get it from Nick at Stoltec? If so, follow his set-up instructions to the letter if you want to get it dialed in quick.

Congratulations!!! ::008::

Now that's a Super Duper Super Tenere touring trunk.

I think you have me beat for the Largest KLR trunk. I used a 48 Qt Igloo ice chest. Worked great. LOL!

Built a little guard for my Moto X boots... When riding off road they have gotten caught between the pedal and the case... Now it works great, no more issue...
