I'm wondering if somebody came in for a battery....your bike hadn't been set up yet....took yours....and forgot to replace it, until you came in an bought it.

I finished the service, oil, filter, final drive oil, air filter and plugs, I remembered to plug everything back in and didn't have too much of a job putting the breather back onto the air box (much to my surprise).

All was going great until it came to starting it, it fired up first press but it ran for a few seconds before cutting out, I did remove the tank fully rather than just tilting it and I think I had a bit of fuel starvation, I'm now suffering hard start issue. I tried WOT to start it but the battery wasn't great, I didn't have time to jump it so I've left it on charge overnight and will have another go tomorrow. Its also showing 033 on the display, searching shows it as an ABS fault but I think it might be related to the low battery power. I'm off tomorrow so will have a look then.

Finished dash panel install which came from LB Products. Well fitting and liked the finish he adds...in fact liked it well enough to leave bare. Will have to find out if full sunlight creates a issue on that. Thanks LB for a nice economical piece.
Link to LB Products?

Thanks

Sorted out my hard start problem after the service, pulled the EFI fuse and jumped it off the car, it coughed and popped so I replaced the fuse but it really struggled to start, when it did it was missing like a pig. Stripped it down again and found on of the coil leads off, what a muppet!
