Today I installed a V Stream shield and a set of Fastway F3 pegs in the low position. Tomorrow, it's the Madstad shield mounting system and a set of black satin Moose Racing fat bars in the XC tall bend. It's getting better and better.
Pictures to please our eyes.

Just a cheap way for a toolbox. Just a typical storm case. ( apparently a car can run over these without crushing them) I had my roll bag on for a 2000 km trip, I am happy with it. Have done around 300 km gravel road as well, and I think it's doing a great job. My wife's uncle has a powder coating shop, so I got my crash bars and the bracket I made done. I'll post a picture of the finished product once I get a chance.

Camping in the mountains in the Chokai hot springs area near Nikaho City.

Gassan rest area just over the northern boundary of Yamagata Prefecture

Stamp of Gassan rest area for the 'stamp rally' booklet (It's a Japanese thang!).

Closed the door on her in an Atlas cage before we start the trip from Edmonton Alberta to Arlington Virginia. The Caliber to the right will soon be filled with two German Shepherds, a 13 year old cat, and a pissed-off French Canadian wife, who didn't buy my argument that me riding behind would provide additional flexibility. Oh well, I trade a 5 month riding season for a 10 month one!

Wishing you a smooth move and low stress in the Caliber during the transport of the pissed off French Canadian wife. I imagine the cat will take the travel better than the wife, and cats don't much like car travel. Explain to the wife, there are no horizontal winds in Virginia, and what National Parks are all about, preferably with some stops at same. Bonus, detour to New Orleans for gumbo, beignet & Chicory at Cafe Du Monde. Yes, it's rather out of the way, but trust me, it's worth it!

This is our 14th move in 20 years of marriage - the only thing that works now is jewellery! We lived in DC for a year 4 years ago, so she is looking forward to the area, and yes, the shopping.

Good luck with your move and the new posting. Let me know if you need someone to carry your papers - I've got an old uniform somewhere I could clean up. ;D
