Just wondering if there is already a top speed thread started here or is that a no no forum topic?
The speed you had reached and told is GPS Speed or speedo ??PPCLI Guy said:I have hit 226 kmh (140 mph)with all three boxes on and in Tour mode / TC1 on. I am 6'4" and weigh 225, and have HB skidplate, final drive skid plate, and OEM roll bars, so with the boxes the weight was probably close to 260 or 270.
Pretty sure I could lean her out and get to 240, but I don't really feel the need. Have had her at 200 kmh a few times with the wife on the back.
Speedo speed, with Tourances. I know that means that I was probably closer to 200ish on GPS....ainsworth said:The speed you had reached and told is GPS Speed or speedo ??
In my case top speed was 207 km/h (GPS) . Riding 2 peoples with side boxes I´m 6 feet with 260 lb and my wife is 5 feet with 110 lb. Tour mode on.
To reach the top speed was in a long straight, and may be was after 5 km starting at 120/130 km/h
62 miles per hour? Olimey said:101 on the GPS with k60s on the Alaska hwy that's fast enough for this old guy.
