Just dealing with mounting rn. I plan on an isolated 3 gang panel.

Seems like all said and done it would be alot of weight on those plastic bolt holes. Ideally I would use four bolts.

Thoughts? Suggestions?

The lightbar was basically free so no loss.IMG-20240423-WA0006.jpg

Do you want more light ? That plastic frame can hold a lot !!! Your light is no problem.

Go for it. I threw a rigid in there and turns night into day. I wired mine up to the high beam switch with a toggle so I can choose to run it with high beams or high beams only.
Nice! Def wanted a higher quality light. It will be easy to upgrade if I want to.

Care to share what your mounting bracket looks like? Still not sure what I'm going to weld up.

Additional lights are not my thing, however I like that set up, looks subtle and likely to appear factory fit. An after photo as well please….if you decide to go that route.

I just used the stock rigid brackets to the holes that are there. I did grind a litte off the side at the ends of the brckets for better fitment.

That's the goal! Make it look factory. As cool as some of these bikes are in my experience a single lightbar is good enough. But that's 4x4 experience time will tell.

Ahhh i just have two L brackets that are not very long. Lower bolt holes look like they will contact the light body.

Will see how it goes when I get into it. Sometimes things fall into place when you just start trimming things and measuring with the faceball laser levels.

Those d7's look rad!

I have def bought expensive lighting in the past. I know of several people who have had great luck with cheap lighting.

I tested this $22 lightbar and it is suuuuper bright. Side lenses are floods and the rest are spot. The light itself is of similar quality to expensive lights I have had. Time will tell how it holds up.

These days we all need to stretch our doll hairs as far as they go. Thank you politicians (red/blue), Russia/China/Iran, and rampant greed/ignorance of man. I digress...

What brand is it ? Is it still available somewhere for $22 ?
