You could possibly add locking up his arms. Get a little scared, lock up the arms, and you may turn, but not much.

The only noticeable change that I've seen was a 2mpg drop when I went to ethanol. I've heard that it's bad for fuel lines and such, but I haven't seen that yet. On my small engines, I used premixed TruFuel. Everything starts on the first try. On my mower, I use premium ethanol fuel but use the STA-BIL with an "anti-ethanol" additive. Seems to be working.
I used to have a lot of starting and running issues with my Echo trimmer and blower/vac until one of the neighborhood pro yard men turned me on to the TruFuel. Absolutely no problems the last several years since I started running it in the little two-stroker yard machines. And issues I've had with my 7 year old Honda mower have disappeared since I started picking up ethanol-free gas from the Murphy station at Wal-Mart. I guess that corn oil is just not healthy for machines, either.

I think this is a very strong component. If you look ahead to where you want to go, the bike will usually go there (road surfaces and speeds sometimes affect that simple guidance). Deliberately looking through the turn instead of at the turn is the best technique I've found. I initially learned this in mountain biking; if you look at that tree or rock that you want to avoid, you will hit it.

It's also hard to tell if it is/isn't, but if this is a decreasing radius turn, that could have caused a problem. There's a road out here that is full of curves. All of the curves are constant radius except one. All of a sudden you enter this one curve, and you're set, and suddenly the curve tightens up. And I hadn't considered fatigue.
It's the bend tightening that catches him out. You can see the bike adjusting 2 or 3 times. It's the eyes. When i get in a car with people i always look at how they are adjusting the steering wheel when going around a bend. There's like 2 or 3 adjustments. I ask how are you with taking tips on driving. If good i tell them i know their eyes are focused about 15m in front of them in the wrong place. I do a little diagram of the bend and put the car in position and X in the places they are adjusting. I then draw a line to the vanishing point and tell them that's where they should be focusing. It's a real eye opener for people when they do it properly.

If it's a constant radius curve, there shouldn't be any adjustment. I've seen plenty of people constantly adjusting all the way through.

More than I paid for my Super Tenere, and all farkles.

That's well into KTM 890 territory, which I feel is a far superior bike.

So, not being familiar with Touratech boxes, do they supply BMW? 'Cuz, surely Touratech didn't make this expansion to only fit BMWs. It has to fit their own boxes too . . . . right?

Last week I went to a Touratech wholesaler. I was surprised by the amount of "details" they have as accessories for motorcycles. Their strength today seems to be geared towards BMW and KTM (which is where they have the most accessories)….but they also have Yamaha accessories, but today in stock no longer have for the S10

i would think the only way they can control the fit is if they are making or at least tolling ALL the pieces. One thing we can be certain of, BMW does not make or even design their own cases

The other certainty is that the boxes won't be cheap.

The Yamaha ones are not manufactured by Yamaha….They are manufactured by SHAD

I never for a minute thought they were Yamaha produced. Nowhere near the usual Yamaha quality.
