There's really not a bad road anywhere near the Hub. I rode up through Mt. View, Mt. Home, Theodosia, MO, Peel ferry, Yelleville, Marshal and back home yesterday.

Just pick a direction and GO. If the banjoes start getting too loud........turn around :))

Getting excited! Arkansas in October is going to be great. The weather the roads the company should really be a good time. Now if I could win some of that good swag it would be a great time. I'm to lazy to plan rides but plan on riding dirt roads till they turn to goat trails or
the creek gets to deep or swift to cross. Coming for the whole week looking forward to some great fall scenery and views. If any of you guys are on the fence you'll regret not coming. This will be every bit as good as last years rally. Jaxon and Karson do a great job picking locations and getting things set up,getting swag and having a great evening with a really good meal. The YST Rally is something you don't want to miss.

If its anything like last year the fall foliage will be spectacular. Any paved or dirt/gravel county road or forest road u take out from the Hub in any direction will be great, particularly east, west or south.

I am very excited about the rally. The Ozarks have always been on my bucket list of places to ride. The fact that I not only get to ride but meet people from the forum is a true bonus.

I think I speak for a few locals when I say that we have mixed feelings about large rallies being held in our area. On one hand it is nice to have like-minded individuals come visit and enjoy our roads. On the other, it is nice to be overlooked by many people that go east or west of us. Our roads are empty, as you will discover, and we would like to keep them that way :-X

So, after you've visited and had a blast riding our empty, twisty roads, don't be telling anyone about it ::024::

Expect a PM on TWT tonight. I think I put together a fun ride to get there.

If you think of it, PM me your email address on TWT so I can send you a Garmin file to look at.

Fellow Tenerista's - we just got off the phone with Wolfman Luggage, and they have signed up to giveaway the following during Thursday's event:

-1 Blackhawk Tank Bag - $129.99 retail
-1 Boulder Beta Rear Bag - $499.99 retail

To date, we are just shy of $6,000 worth of goodies to give away to some lucky registered participants.

Only 60 days to go, too. Time's flying....

The rumor mill over on advrider is that our event is close to filling up the hotel. I've not heard any specifics from Debbie or Randal at The HUB, but I've got a line in with them to find out. Guess I should make sure I can find my camping gear! :D

I was at the Hub yesterday and spoke with both of them and they mentioned that the motel was about full. There is plenty of tent space there.
