When I was searching for much the same thing about 5 years ago, I wanted three things:
* Wanted Aluminum Poles.
* Needed them to fit "inside" the side-cases.
* Didn't cost a small fortune.......
I'm not sure what brands are available to you over where you live, but my search ultimately led me to the "Kelty" brand.
Quite a few of their Tents had poles that would break-down small enough to fit inside the hard cases. (mine fold down to 14-inches. 35.5 centimeters long)
They are decent-quality tents, that aren't too expensive.
I happened to find a "last-year's discontinued model" on clearance for pretty cheap when I bought mine.
Their customer-service is great too. I contacted them about a broken plastic end that fits into the poles (my own fault it broke), and they sent me a handful of metal replacement ones free of charge.
Anyway, they are a decent choice for ones that will fit completely in a side-case.
This is the newest version of the "Trail Ridge" that I have.

Been using it for 5 seasons now, and it is pretty durable. Nothing has ripped or broken on it (except for that one plastic pole-end).
The only thing I would complain about is the cheap tent-stakes that came with it. They claim they are made from an alloy called "Nobendium", but in the hard earth we have out here in the western US I bent most of them pretty easily.
I've since upgraded to better tent-stakes a couple years ago, and have been fine ever since!
