After many different attempts I now have a really good template for a summer windscreen.
The picture here is the un-bent version. If you use polycarbonate (Lexcen) instead of acrylic (Perspex) you can simply screw it in place. You can also cold bend it or heat it. Personally I heat them and bend over a 20 litre oil drum for the perfect super tenere shape.
Perspex works well too but must be heated and bent.
These photos are taken un-heated and with the protective white film still on the polycarbonate.
I made one for you philistine if you are watching.
I was thinking of making the template available to any forum members if you want it. Cheers
