It really isn't that bad. Hot, yes, on really hot days like any other bike, otherwise not bad at all. Or I have just gotten use to it. No where near the chestnut-a-roasting that my Harley was.I've Heard the engine heat is a killer on the Triumph 900. Other than that. They look tempting.
Being a new bike, Triumph really didn't think it out as well as they should have. Although they were working within the confines of the lower, forward engine placement, necessitating the split radiator.
