" I have a 30' inseam, standing 5' 6" and I can actually stand up off the seat at a stop light and rock the bike back and forth between my legs." Each to their own , but I think thats too low for this type of bike.
With a 29" inseem I have know problem with centre stand ( I do need to remove the panniers if loaded) or putting my foot down.

Kickstand got back from welder today. I requested 3/4 inch, I actually measure it at 7/8 inch removed. I think that may be too much. Will be assessing over the next few rides to see what we think. May or may not buy the kickstand expander to raise it back up a little.

I am thinking of just putting a 1/4" aluminum pad on the bottom as an expanded foot.
