I got a set (two tires) for my KLR, $164.xx with sales tax. Will be getting a set for my Tenere when it comes home.

I am very interested in these tires; just need to wear-out the OEM tires asap.

Got some new meat for the grinder yesterday. Got a whole weekend of dirt/mud/pavement planned to test these bad boys. Thanks for the quick install Jaxon.

Hope to have something of a review up in a day or two.

I'm really tempted by these. The price difference compared to the K60s is a huge plus. My main concern is that I do most of my riding on the street (not by choice) but I am also very new to off road so I want tires that will inspire confidence and not make matters worse. When I do go offroad it will likely involve some fairly serious dirt in SoCals OHV areas.

Can anyone comment further on street capabilities of the 804/805 and longevity? Currently on the stock battlewings.
So far I have put 1800 miles on the 805 rear and 804 front both starting to show some squaring.
I may get 4 to pushing it 5k out of the rear as I expected.
Can't vouch for the 804 on the stock 19" rim as I have a 21" front rim but it is not cupping at all like most of the tires I have put in the front.
Most of this has been around 85% highway riding, so far I like these rubbers absolutely predictable in the turns so I know what to expect unlike the K60 I had!!

On dirt they do what you expect them to do, not much side knob or even high knobs for power gripping like true knobby MX tires I had when I had an 18" rim on the back.
That was Freaking fun climbing monster on this bike.
These will feel a little funny on fast turns in dirt they grip but I am not one to go Mad Max with my Tenere.

Lets see as the miles accumulate before snow weather..

I'm rocking my second rear 805 and first 804. These are FANTASTIC tires. Work well both on road and dirt and they last a looooong time for a non-dedicated street tire. I think I got 5-6k on my first rear tire and I only replaced it because it would have been "meh" on the dirt but perfectly fine for the road.

I've been on a set of these now for about 2500 and they are wearing very well.. The way I ride im thinking I should get 6-7 out of the rear, and maybe 9-10 out of the front.. They are a beast off road and work as well or better than the Kenda Big Block and wear much better than the Kenda....
