I'm surprised Yamaha haven't maximised the model and done another bike out of the basic set up. For example a TDM1200 with 17" wheels and basic suspension would probably sell well and cost very little to develop and make a cracking commuter. Yamaha would then have a lot of bikes in a similar sector of the market however.

My guess is that the TDM 1200 may only exist in the computer hard drive of the person that photoshopped the picture, which is a crying shame. :'(

It could be a huge sales success if they made it, a big, reliable, shaft drive commuter at a reasonable price (I'm assuming it would be a reasonable price...).
